Oregon has a very high percentage of children & adults in rural & frontier counties that need of free, quick access, responsive & high quality psychopharmacology / psychiatric assessments, treatment & followup.

My Telehealth practice uses HIPAA compliant video and real-time and asynchronous messaging to be available to patients when they need input, appointment, refills, answers to questions, and more. My office uses a software based office program for scheduling, messages, assessments, form completion and more.

The goal is access to care in as close to REAL time as possible. AND to avoid waiting for appointments, waiting for refills, driving long distances, sitting in waiting rooms, costs associated with lost work or time off, cost of gas and more.

My practice is a usually a concierge subscription practice with a monthly fee, but many of my patients are out of work, are seeking disability, are in debt, don't have funds for care, etc. and can't immediately make payments for care.

Any Donations will help be pay my basic practice costs each month while I provide free and quick access to psychiatric assessments, treatment, and followup.
